NF

 Nathan John Feuerstein, born March 30 1991 was an American musician and rapper. He is known as his initials, NF, which can be spelled with the letter IF. Two EPs were issued by the artist I'm free (2012) [3and an EP that was self-titled in 2014. He signed with Capitol CMG. Mansion was his debut major label release. The second album of his studio, Therapy Session, which was released on April 22, 2016, peaked at number 12 of the US Billboard 200. His albums have been awarded numerous awards, such as the Gospel Music Association Dove Award (Therapy Session) for Rap/Hip Hop Albums of the Year. Perception was ranked the top spot in the United States in 2017, and the third single, "Let You down", reached number 12 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Billboard Hot 100, and was a top ten international hit. Similar commercial success was also achieved with The Search (2019). Feuerstein stated that, during his youth, rap music was a way to escape. He would record songs on his karaoke machine. His raps were recorded with one microphone. On November 29 2010 Feuerstein independently released his debut studio album Moments under his real name. His first single, "Alone", came out on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the song's writers and producers. Xist Music was attracted to Feuerstein's work in 2012. Feuerstein released his extended work I'm Free on May 2, 2012 with production work by Profitt. The album's tracklist included nine tracks, including "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version of "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist announced that NF would be released however Feuerstein quit the label over an argument. NF production was postponed. NF was however, a highlight of the show, featuring the track "Only One" which featured Shuree Wilkins, from the compilation album of the label Move Vol 1. The single was released, "Beautiful Addiction", on November 4 2013, 2013. Profitt also appeared on the song. The track included vocals by Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
